    上海太平洋生物高科技有限公司成立于一九九四年,是由上海华谊（集团）公司、国投创业投资公司等五家分别在化工医药和高新技术投资领域具有强劲实力的公司共同出资组建而成。
    经过十年的经营，上海太平洋生物高科技有限公司已成一家国内最早从事核苷及多肽类药物研发和产业化的企业，成长为目前中国主要的核苷及三磷酸腺苷二钠（ATP）原料药生产基地，并将依靠华谊（集团）公司一流的生物多肽技术研发平台，使企业获得更大的发展。
    上海太平洋生物高科技有限公司自成立以来连续十年被认定为上海市高新技术企业。公司主要生产四种核苷（腺苷、尿苷、胞苷、鸟苷）产品。公司下属上海太平洋制药厂主要从事胞磷胆碱钠、三磷酸腺苷二钠、去氧氟尿苷、鲑鱼降钙素原料药以及制剂（胶囊、小容量注射剂、糖浆剂、鼻喷剂）的生产，并已通过国家GMP认证。
    上海太平洋高科技有限公司将秉持为人类健康生活服务的经营理念，依靠专业化的管理团队，继续致力于公司两大核心技术，即核苷及其衍生产品和多肽技术的商业化，并愿和国内外同行共同携手来繁荣生物医药事业。

    Shanghai Pacific Biological Hi-tech Co., Ltd. was founded in 1994 and which funded by 5 forceful companies with strength in chemical medicine industry and high technology investment industry, including Shanghai Huayi (Group) Company and State Development & investment corporation.
    After ten years operation, the Company has grown into the main manufacting base of nucleoside and Adenosine Triphosphate Disodium (ATP) in China from the first domestic enterprise engaged in R&D and industrialization of nucleoside and peptide, and will support from the firstclass peptide R&D platform of Huayi (Group) Company to achieve further development.
    Since its foundation, the Company has been certified as a new & high technology enterprise for ten years continuously in Shanghai. Four of main products of the company is Adenosine, Uridine, Cytidine and Guanosine. The subsidiary, Shanghai Pacific Phymaceutical Factory, which mainly deals with the production of bulk drugs such as citicoline sodium, ATP, doxifluridine, salmon calcitonin etc, and preparation (capsule, small-capacity injection, sirup dosage and cromo 1 yn), has passed national GMP certification.
